If you believe information in your consumer report provided by Spinwheel is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to dispute it under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Note: Spinwheel does not control lender-reported data, but we will forward your dispute to the appropriate credit reporting agency and ensure it is investigated.

What to Include in Your Submission.
A clear description of what you believe is incorrect
Any available supporting documentation
Proof of identity (e.g., government-issued ID, utility bill, W-2, etc.)
Investigation Process.
Your dispute submission will be forwarded to the appropriate credit bureau for investigation by Spinwheel. The bureau will complete an investigation with the data furnisher.
You will be notified of the outcome once the investigation is completed. Note: Investigations are typically completed within 30 days.
