Spinwheel is a consumer reporting agency (CRA) under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We provide consumer report information obtained from national credit reporting agencies and other sources. We do not create or modify lender-reported data held by nationwide credit bureaus.

You may use this page to:

• Revoke prior authorization granted to Spinwheel

• Request deletion of personal information maintained by Spinwheel, where permitted by law

• Request that Spinwheel stop reselling your consumer report through its platform

Important Information Before You Submit.

• Revoking authorization with Spinwheel does not delete information from Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, or other nationwide credit reporting agencies.

• To remove or dispute information at the source, you must contact the appropriate credit bureau directly.

• Spinwheel may be required to retain certain records to comply with legal, regulatory, audit, or fraud-prevention obligations.

What Happens After You Submit.

1. Identity Verification
   We must verify your identity before processing your request. Please be prepared to upload a copy of your government ID for verification.
   
   

2. Internal Review
   We will review your request to determine:

   • Whether prior authorization exists

   • What data is maintained in our systems

   • What data can be deleted or restricted under applicable law
     
     

3. Action Taken
   Depending on your request and legal requirements, Spinwheel may:

   • Revoke authorization for future access

   • Place an internal suppression to prevent further resale

   • Delete personal information where legally permissible

   • Retain limited information as required by law
     
     

4. Confirmation
   You will receive written confirmation once your request has been processed.

We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law after your identity is verified.
