Understanding Adverse Action Notices.

An adverse action occurs when a lender, employer, landlord, or other decision-maker takes action against you based in whole or in part on information in a consumer credit report. If you are denied credit based on information in your consumer report, you may receive an Adverse Action Notice from the business.

While Spinwheel does not make credit, employment, or housing decisions, we’re here to help you understand what you can do.
